Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary domestic shipping on all orders over $150 USD. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package in transit.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Kleio is not responsible for delivery issues that arise from incorrect or incomplete information.

Kindly note that Kleio is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. For added peace of mind, especially on orders over $200 USD, we strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation at checkout.

During periods of high order volume, such as sales and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

International Shipping

Kleio is required to declare the full value of international orders on customs forms, in accordance with international shipping regulations. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are determined by your local customs authority.

Please note that Kleio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any international packages that are refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid duties.
